Stripped down. Tore top end down as well. 10.5/1 pistons, hi-flo valve job, and cams to be decided.

Hardtail fitted, got it right on the first try. TC Bros got they're kit dialed in perfectly.

I did all this by myself on my back lawn in about 6hrs, including coffee breaks. The kit fits flawlessly using TC Bros measurements.
The only mishap was on the last frame cut the sporty fell over and scuffed the springer. I'm having it powder coated so I guess it don't matter much.
The previous owner should have all tools removed from his property, very poor craftsmanship on anything he did.
I was pleasantly surprised to find the mid controls are brand new and a badlands illuminator under the seat because I'll be using micro lazer leds for R/B/T

Thanks Dan, tearing stuff apart is easy. Separating the wiring harness and grinding tabs are tomorrow's project.
