You can't pull the rocker covers off when the engine is mounted to the frame....

BUT...That's not really a problem.

Just take out the two bolts which connect the steering head to the front engine mount. Then the engine can be lowered down, pivoting around the swingarm axle.

No need to disconnect any hoses or cables or anything.

Actually, quite simple and easy to do.

Just put a jack under the engine, take the bolts out and the lower it down as far as required.

Once the complete frame is ready, it's much easier to see how this is going to work.

You are using a rubber mount motor but rigidly mounting the front head to the frame ? There are no front down tubes ? Are you going to use the motor's front rubber mount attached to the frame coming from the rear ?
