In theory I have the trousers from an H-D rainsuit, which I could use. However, I never have used them, and I couldn't say for sure if they're in my saddle bags at the moment, or not.

I have a pair of Resurgence trousers (which aren't water proof) which I nearly always wear. If I'm expecting rain I may wear my other riding trousers: a pair of Triumph cordura trousers. They're, maybe not waterproof, but certainly water resistant.

I was/am thinking of getting Klim trousers to match the Badlands jacket, but I'd need to lose a bit of weight first.

I just got back from Sturgis. My H-D rainsuit worked really well, but having to stop to put it on and take it off (multiple times!) was a pain. The Klim Badlands Pro sounds like it would work well for the type of riding I do.

Question: What rain gear are you using to keep your legs dry?
My HD rainsuit worked great when I stopped to put it on, but pulling over when it looked like rain was a pain and I got in the habit of simply riding through the rain if it was warm enough and it looked like a brief shower. Now I simply close my face shield if it starts raining

I recently bought a pair of KLIM Badlands pants to go with my jacket. I was fortunate in that someone in the IBR forums had a set that was hardly worn and I got a great deal.

I was in the same boat as Folkie, waiting to loose weight first. Well after 3 years I accepted the fact that I probably am not losing the weight in the near future and if I did I can sell the pants or simply wear suspenders

I like the jackets with the spine protector built in. Uncool maybe but practical

My Aerostich AD1 pants are totally waterproof and have become my go to riding pants. These also have the optional rain boot covers that fold out of small pouches velcro’d Inside the front cuff of the pant legs. Have covered temps from 10F-140F, not without a bit of discomfort at the extreme ends. My good H.D. rain jacket rides in the top of my tank bag and is worn for heavier rain storms. I also have “Stich’s” three digit rain gloves which can be quickly and easily pulled on while running, not recommended but it is what it is. Works for me.
