Why use a rig to empty the shock, I just install them upside down with the air hose sending the oil outward in old water bottles and go for a ride.

dyna shocks will not work in a sportster. spring is too heavy because the dynas have the shocks in a higher angle. vrod ones are even worse.

What air pressure do I set the shocks to? For solo and 2 up also what the max air pressure?

i run dyna shocks on my sportster, needed some shocks in a pinch and they were cheap.
I can tell you that 0-60mph they are uncomfortably stiff 60-100 they are downright dangerous.
