Its been slow going on the project. Working 50 hour weeks at work and working around my house in this endless heatwave in New York...
I've been sorting carb issues. Couldn't get the idle RPMs to lower to what would be an acceptable idle speed without spitting and stalling. Tore down the carb again and the idle jet was blocked and deformed. Unblocked and reformed the jet opening and now it spits back less and idles consistently lower although still high. I've determined it's 50 idle jet is too lean so i will order a new larger jet.
Pulled it out of the garage for the first time to mount my dad's trailer and in less than 5 minutes it caused a traffic jam on my narrow block 2 cars and a guy on a heritage stopped to look at it and ask questions which i take pride in because its not even done but I created it myself and validation from random strangers tells me I did something right. One of them thought my dad was a bike builder working out of my garage. When I told him I am a cop and I built it in my spare time he was surprised.
Anyways...... I finally beat away the paparazzi and went to the train station for a testing session. Enjoy.

Great - Glad to see you actually got it running again - Be sure to post some more pictures....

Here's my '64 Sprint H

Been stored away for about 15-20 years now...

but I wouldn't be surprised if it kicked over with just a new battery & some fresh gas...

I cant recommend enough the powerdynamo upgrade. Optionally eliminates the battery, converts it to 12 volts, eliminates the points, turns everything to solid state with adjustable maps. Only thing you would ever need is gas to get running. It was $529
