Very good condition. Off my 2014 XL at less than 4K miles. Unnecessary when the turn signals were relocated to allow for saddlebags. Really light swirls and lines in the chrome. Almost imperceptible.

NOTE: There was a small amount of a Loctite kind of material on the short threaded area of the screws, none on the long side.
