The link to the page works for me.
I just clicked on it.
Is that what you're referencing or is it a link on the page?

I see that - Daytona has been reworking their site - I guess that was taken down as they reconfigure some of their documentation...

In the mean time, I'll link to this page:

Both Hippysmack and I have been editing new information into the Sportsterpedia all over the place - So if you've looked for something in the SP in the past and couldn't find any info, new info on your inquiry might have been added... Take another look... If you still can't find anything related to your inquiry, just drop a note in our contact thread about your inquiry and we'll see if we can slice & dice some thread information to be included on the subject.
Add your comments or inquiries here: http://xlforum.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2039687

While I'm here, since this info seems to be in only a few threads, I'll mention that I've inserted some info about the Sportster Fuel Gauge (replaces the master cylinder cap) into the SP in the REFerence section.

It may be overpriced for what it delivers, but here it is:
HD Sportster Fuel Gauge Kit - 2020 price is $299.95

I made a few main wiring schematics / drawings and put them in the REF section of the Sportsterpedia.

59-85 drawings are here:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:ref:elec07

We've also got an Evo page in the REF section.
Currently we have 86-90 and 98 schematics here:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:ref:elec07

They are not intended to replace the factory drawings but since we can't post the originals, this is what I came up with.
One factor in making them was to show the year that parts changes happened.

I have reconfigured the main menu REF section to create a new group:

============================================
Quotes & Stories Too Good To Forget
... Notable Quotes
... Misc Stories of Interesting Characters
... A Chat With A Whitebeard - An Epic Tale
============================================

The Notable Quotes are those preexisting in the SP .. BUT .. I've added a page
for those miscellaneous stories we hear from our members at the XLForum.

A Chat With A Whitebeard - An Epic Tale (has it's own page)

This is a story told by XLForum member Mosey. It's about a chance meeting that turned into tales of dare and doing. In his own unique style, Mosey relates the fantastic stories of Ray, a white-bearded motorcycle lover. (The original thread has been condensed to Mosey's ongoing story. That alone includes about 100 posts.)

Be sure to look for the part of the story where Ray competes at Bonneville and meets Burt Munro, where he rides
one of Craig Breedlove's streamliners, then builds his own to go 520mph, where he races at Daytona & Riverside
with Cal Rayborn, the times he raced up Pike's Peak and the day Arthur Davidson came to see him.

Thru a joint effort, we now have service bulletins in PDF in the Sportsterpedia.
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...cres:miscres05

edit:
Due to formatting, the link has changed. I updated the link.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

A big thank you to IXL2Relax and The Doctor71 for their tireless help with this.

Current PDFs include all we could find of Harley TSBs, Tech Tips, XR racing bulletins and a few P&A bulletins.
Also included are Buell TSB and tech tips 'Buell Bytes' and old Delco-Remy bulletins.
Edit:
The TSB page morphed too big so the Tech Tips and Parts and Accessories bulletins had to be ushered to their own pages.
They are all available on the main Tech page of the Sportsterpedia.
See the links here.
http://www.sportsterpedia.com/doku.p...misc_resources

We're not done yet adding information to this page as you'll notice missing numbers or PDFs.
More will be added when found.
If you have a PDF already that is not listed on the page, please post it in the Sportsterpedia Send a Note Thread.
You can also PM me or IXL2Relax and we'll be glad to add it to the Sportsterpedia.

I also added some pics of The Doctor71's aluminum "C: section rims in the IH wheels section.
http://www.sportsterpedia.com/doku.p...ry_wheels_pics

A PDF of IH voltage regulator specs.
http://www.sportsterpedia.com/doku.p...tage_regulator
Added some to the tools section.

edit:
We changed the voltage regulator PDF to a jpg. Now it's easier to view.

I moved the EVO Model Parts Compilation Charts to the Parts section of the Misc Resources section.
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...r_parts_charts

These charts list some general specs across the years to allow you to explore what fits what years. However, even within parts that use similar specs, there are likely to be variations in part numbers for colors, upgrades, etc.

The charts are reduced in size to keep them in the bounds of the text, but you can click on a chart to select the image and then click again on the image to make it full size - You'll be able to read the details better.

I'm sure some folks have never seen these charts since they were previously tucked in the middle of the History page.
Like every chart in the SP, there's still some updating to do on them for the latest models. The work never ends.

I also moved the listing of what models were made in which years to near the top of the history page as sort of a summary.

We've moved the tools under a Tools and Fasteners heading in the REF section.
And pulled all the fastener related articles there so it's easier to pick them out when needed.

Tools & Fasteners
Tool Suggestions, Workarounds, and Sources
(including Commercial, Homemade and Modified Tools for Sportsters)

Fasteners - Bolts, Nuts, Studs, Etc.

* HD List of Hardware P/N & Descriptions (up to late His at the moment)
* Strengths of Various Fasteners

Stuck, Frozen and Broken Off Bolts

Warped or Damaged Thread Repair

Torque Wrench Care and Usage, Related Charts and Information
(proper care and especially 'how to use one' complete with charts and bablings)

Torque Wrench Field Calibration

General Drilling and Tapping

edit:
I changed the name to the 'torque wrench care' link above due to directions changing when building that page.
Created another page below that for calibration.
And added to the Torque Wrenches and Attachments page in the tools section
Didn't know there was so much to say about a torque wrench.

As always, these pages are a work in progress.
If you have suggestion or addition ideas, please let us know.
