Here in Mazatlan we're usually on mountain time but since we have a shorter daylight savings season for about a month each year we're on Pacific time.

RandyMac, I've been through Crescent City a number of times. There is an organic restaurant on the right as you head out town to the south I like to stop at but can't remember its name. The best part of heading south is heading inland to get warm after that cold Oregon coast.

That is the "Good Harvest", they are down close by the harbor now. They have cool chairs made out of bent branches. Next time try the Chartroom it is right on the water, good seafood and you can watch seals and such in the harbor. It is off to the right.

But I would say my stamping grounds are Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, …
