For me. Getting older is like waking up from a hang over.

Then realizing.

Getting old is not the worst. When you can't take care of yourself that is a real nightmare in my opinion. Sport , sport and one more time sport. It keeps us fit much longer than if we don't do anything. Happy to share a cool work out routines https://betterme.world/articles/best-5-day-workout/ which i like to do regularly. Number 3 is my fave but all the rest are great as well.
