That's a shitty feeling when that driveshaft goes. But 8000rpm will do that.
I'm surprised I never dropped the driveshaft on my 65 GTO. Blew two 389s and a 400 in it tho. Got good at swapping motors under the oak tree with a 2 ton come along with that car.
