thank, I got it within 0.5mm runout on my home made jig it can be frustrating building a wheel and satisfying at the same time not something I do that often, but works out cheaper than buying a complete wheel.

Have to indicate and basic balance. It's rotational mass eh? I tend to make the spokes sing less in dirt and choir on roads.

throw this bone out and see who bites? if you reverse rotation, do the so called push/pull reverse also?

all spokes are in tension to the rim counter-acting its opposite to adjust radius and and is pairs to adjust for lateral. by definition, they neither pull or push but become one. on a spoke mag, does one side on the spoke push and the other pull???
if you had pushing forces, would this not to cause nipple movement? now if the rim were to be loosely spoked, then the rim could flex and conceive-ably move the nipples, but if properly laced, the forces are balanced out. a spoked rim can flex a great amount, reason they do well in off road, but they flex as a unit, if not, broken spokes.

ive just bought a spoke wheel that came off a dyna for my sportster, the wheel will be rotating in the other direction and im sure it won't matter a jot as long as the spokes are tight.
