Thanks doo. I am quite stoked on how it has turned out over the last 2 yrs. Considering what it came home like, it'll do. lol

It's a thought still on the apes. So far its not been to back with the stock buckhorns. My back has been doing ok with them. May toss the apes on and see how it feels.

Wink

my bike came with 4" pull back drag bars and after riding 30 minutes or more they caused my shoulders to ache with the position they put my arms in. i switched to bucks and all of that went away. the more you can get your hands to a vertical position the more comfortable it'll be.

That old '73 Ironhead sounds good.... looks good.... does it run good?
Sure have come a long way on that one Levi, you should be grinning from ear to ear, like a new father gazing at their child whilst holding them for the first time.
Perfect timing on it too, just in time for a good riding season.
KUDO's on a job well done!

Runs Great Fridge. Its been a small adventure, but nothing too crazy and it surely keeps me grinin'.

Thanks Fridge, Doo, Pan, and all the others. The tips, pointers, advice, and guidance you all gave me on this project is what kept me out of the woods on this project.
Its quite nice knowing the old girl would like had been parted out had I not happened upon it when I did.

Matched pairs are becoming harder to find...
