Default 2011 1200C tuner?

I have a 2011 Sportster 1200 custom with V&H straight shots and it feels like it might be running too lean. Steady state low throttle and very light acceleration sounds like it may be missing a bit. Pops on decel. I just bought it (5500 miles) and replaced the plugs (were rusty). They were a whitish color. Runs good otherwise. I have a right side ear condition and it's too loud for me so I've ordered quiet baffles. Would rather have screamin eagles. Anyway, would they and maybe thunder torque inserts help the fueling any? If it's not enough, I can go stage 1 but have to keep to a budget. Any idea for a budget friendly tuner? Thanks and sorry for the beat to death questions. Search is not my friend on my phone tonight. Pics of plugs and V&H later tonight.

I ordered a set of Screamin Eagle slipons. It's cheaper than having the bike tuned and I didn't want it to be as loud anyway. Power from the 1200 is fine.

Xied for a cheap quick solution... thats what I started with. Then went to a ECU replacement after a couple of years as i was never 100% happy with the xieds (theya re only resistors after all)

I went witha Thundermax unit with wideband O2 and Autotune for about $400 second hand and have loved it - should have done this from the get go. Sometimes the cheap solutions just do not cut the mustard and you need to suck it up and do the job properly.

I tried the cheap fix, finally got a power vision tuner; that did the job.

Figure I'll check Fuel Moto for Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales. Maybe a PV or FP3. I went to see what air filter I have and discovered its a Screamin Eagle back plate and filter. The lack of an SE badge threw me off. Just doesn't act like it's been tuned. I'll do it right.

Just rode the bike today. Run much better with the SE slipons. Low speed surge is much better. I think the slipons and SE air cleaner were installed at the dealer along with a tune for those items. The V&H were just a bit too much for the tune they used. I already bought (on the way) a set of XiED's so I'll try that anyway to see what difference they make if any. I'll also check the plugs to see how they look now.

Scratch the XiED's. Just ordered a Power Vision so the XiED's are for sale.
