In my '02&'81, they both have the diagrams in the back. They are not great, but they get the job done.

I have both the HD Service manual and a Clymer's. At times I've had to read both on the same subject to get the most info.

Yep, I've got it. I'm afraid I'm not Mr. Mechanical so I'd be somewhat lost without it. On the other hand, just so ya all don't think I'm a wuss, I replumbed my ENTIRE house last summer. Ain't a pipe between the Vent above the roof to the sewer drain below the basement floor that ain't been replaced. I just don't have much motorcycle experience!!

For sure. Bought it when I bought the bike. Have manuals for everything. Even the weed eater. Still trying to find a tach for the weed eater.

Sure do. Imo it's a necessity if one
plans on going the DIY route with
their ride. I have the FSM for my
Jeep as well.

I have the FM,Parts Cat,Clymer and the Haynes the two later manuals are not nesessary but I have noticed that in the Clymer and the Haynes they have some very good tips that just are not in the FM and some times there are better illistrations too.But the FM and parts Cat. are a must in my opinion if you are going to be wrenchin' yourself.
