I don't believe that's a Kosman chassis.
Looks to be late 80's -early 90's Truett 3 rail.

Thank you.
Yes I found some very similar bikes on YouTube from 1992 but they had smaller rear tires. So I am guessing mid 90s.

With the chassis pictured above.
This stuff cleans up well, some of it is brand new, I believe the Kossman chassis is a virgin as it has no seat or bodywork tabs installed yet.
Cylinders are Axtel 3.5" for 5" stroke looks like 81-82 cases setup to use the trans case as the oil tank(?) Cut down 84A cam cover high lift tappet holders, Digger Ent. trap door
Slipper clutch & basket for 3" belt, high gear mainshaft uses standard BT sprocket.

That's a 4 speed Evo case = blocked off Gen hole for oil filter mount hole behind trap door for stator wires oil drain hole in deck surface left side cylinder stud holes are out away from main case lifter block hold down bolts are offset from lifter centerline

The 1st link that Hippysmack gives shows addition of John C Witt Jr added as an officer in 2021. Logging into the site provides an address for him in Pasadena, TX. Following that address, you may be able to find the answers to your questions, Chuck.
