Softail Rear Wheel
Greetings, love this forum. I have an 05 883 Low. Been combing the internet and was wanting to know, has anyone used a softail 17x6 rear wheel? I have already obtained a chain conversion so belt is not an issue, spacers for an 180 tire. I want to know if it is possible to use this wheel. Spacers I know are an issue. Fender is an issue, but what about the rear caliper? Looking for any info you guys can provide.
Thanks in advance.

I am running a Deuce wheel, 17*4.5 and it just fits under there. I would think that a 6" is just too wide unless you get a wide tire swingarm.
I have run 160 series Metzler, Dunlop 205, and now a Michelin Commander 2. I could get a 170 but it would be TIGHT, and a 180 means only solo riding. I have to deflate the tire to get it up in there when changing.
Its so tight that from the rear you cant get a finger between the tire and the fender.
