When I go to start my bike the power does for several seconds and them come back on.
Anyone have an idea what the hell is going on?

Short somewhere in the ignition circuit ... Blows the breaker, resets in a few seconds.

Yeah, you have a dead short somewhere between the start button and the starter relay. When did the problem start? Have you done anything lately?

Had to rewire when I moved the speedo, which is now unplugged so it should not be that. Moved the ignition a few weeks ago, but been working fine since the.
Dunno what it is.

Did ride in a major rain storm after moving the speedo, the blinkers and mileage in the speedo quit working. Found a blown fuse and replaced it. Then I got this. Ran fine when the mileage and blinkers were out.

Originally thought the blown fuse was from the speedometer wires touching the cylinder, but A. After pulling the speedometer and looking at the wiring it is fine, and B. that while part of the harness, from the 12 way socket back to speedo is unplugged and on the work bench. I know it runs with it unplugged, I did so for a week waiting on my bracket to get here.

How about the battery? Can you load test it? I had a shorted battery that did something very similar once.
