I found "most" of the parts on eBay but found a gent on the HD forum that sold me a set minus the toe peg for the shifter (I also have an 03'). Not too difficult to do when you find all the parts. You can do the brake side without removing the exhaust but you do have to loosen everything up to get some play. The mid control brake pedal will be WAY to high to operate normally.....I shortened the actuator rod about 9/16" and the pedal is now just a tad below level. Seems about right for my leg length (30" inseam).

I second checking Ebay just found a complete set on there for around 100 bucks. I'm new to sportster so hopefully that was a good deal.
