Default Big thanks to Aaron and Hammer

I had my conversion done in November.
I was happy with it. Loved it.
I was hearing a weird tick/knock sound.
When we opened it up, found that the crank had too much play and one of the cylinders were no good anymore.

Ordered all parts for replacement.
The shop jerked around for 3 months with my bike just sitting in there. Today they decide it is time to get it going. They call me and say that the front cylinder and another part is still needed. I was pretty upset considering they said I only needed one. So I went over and looked at it and yes, it is jacked up too.

I sent Aaron an email and he responded right away. He is having the other cylinder and necessary things sent out right away. The guys over at Hammer will always have my business. 2 friends of mine have already ordered and have been running their kits without fail. It's great to be able to get such great customer service from a company when your having a really bad day..

I agree with everything said. Those guys have been amazing from working the kit out to post sale service/support. Any time I've had issues or questions they reply right away, even weekends and evenings, and do everything they can to help.
