Default hello and help (Mid Pegs Setup)

got a new bike, 88 xlh 1200, trying to get some mid pegs setup... anyone havea closeup picture of how they mount? also the allen bolt that secure the linkage just before the master cylinder for rear brake just spins , doesnt come out or in... i have pics but sorry, first day,, don't know how to post... cheers

just wondering if right side peg mount bolt is supposed to spin,, and how to extract? also how can i post a picture?

That allen-head bolt is lock-nutted to the inside of the final drive sprocket cover. You have to remove the sprocket cover to get at it. Usually you have to loosen the bolts that hold the master cylinder on to get at everything.
