Remember to sit a fire extinguisher by the commode in case you wake up in the middle of the night and need to go.

Got my grill grates in today and picked them up. Building a new grill/smoker from my old water heater tank. Made it the size to fit the Weber Gas Grill 304 SS grill gratings and ordered replacement Weber grills to put in the one I am building. They are really nice, heavy duty grills. A little expensive, but you usually get what you pay for.

Got it all stripped down, but the 2,000 degree grill paint won'r be here until Dec 15. Don't want to do anything to prevent the paint from sticking. Probably give it the break in run about New Years.
