Colors turning fast over here as well. Need to button up repairs and maintenance on Black Beauty to get some more serious riding in!

"Snow", yikes, didn't need to hear that this early. At least you have the lovely Mary to keep you warm!

My little yellow sportster loves this time of year. The temp was 50* early yesterday morning and a fresh tank of Mobile Premium had me out and about after leaving the tree stand. Too much wind for the tree stand but made riding the sporty feel like flying my old Grumman AA1B. Sweet.
The morning ride was great until remembering that this is leaf peeping time here and all the good roads clogged up. Tourist!

And lets beware of wet leaves on the road that are quite slippery!

Been a long time since we had enough rain here to make anything even slightly damp.
But a very good point for this time of year.
As soon as all the leaves are down and the tourist go home there will be some nice clear roads into NH/Vt for one maybe two more BBQ lunches.

Wet leaves are bad enough, but round here it's Chestnuts that are a real danger.
They drop in the hundreds from each tree. Cars squash them down to a mulch and usually make a path through, but still scary.
