many options
i have the above 3 modules but i run plug and play so i keep them in case the ultima fails and it did but then again, i push the envelope on the first one, older now so a little less action.
It will, but it's not a straight swap I will also need to change the rotor and coil for it to work as well as removing the MAP sensor and switching to VOES and rewiring most of the ignition on the bike. The XB9R uses a 6 window rotor, not the standard 2 window. Further complicated as the cam notch is 105 deg offset compared to standard. It also need a 3ohm coil which means I will need to remake a new coil mount which is part of the head mount on my bike.

The simplest route is a SE module I originally asked about - hence asking about those first.

If I cannot find one then I will have to bite the bullet and make the other changes and it will have to wait for a while

the 1200s uses a 4 blip cup
i do not use map nor voes
if i have to install the hd module, then i have to use map
i had clutch off issues with voes and could not tune it out so i run rpm base adv which max's about 2800, voes was forcing tooo much adv.
with current setup, get by with swamp water 87 fuel.
