Update, great grandbaby Emmet arrived last night, developed pneumonia but antibiotics are working well. He and Momma and Daddy doing good! Great Grandbaby number four.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!

This summer will be three years for me... I think. Seems like last month. Same job for 30 years. Haven't seen the place since I walked out the door. It's just like I woke up from a bad dream. It's just over, done, gone. I don't miss it at all. I liked the people I worked with - most of em - but haven't talked to many of them since that day either. Never thought it'd be like this. As my brother says (about retirement) "Everyday is Saturday!" Do what you want and if you don't want to do anything, then do that!

I retired a couple of years ago & can recommend it. You need a bit of focus, even if it's to do not much. Anyways, running an American or English bike will keep you focused.
