Default Gas Tank Mounting Help

hey guys,

looking for some advice here.

I am trying to swap gas tanks but I've run into a minor issue. The rear mount clips into the mustang tank - but the king sporty tank bolts into the frame.

Do I remove the rear rubber mounts? or do I have to weld the clip on part onto the king sporty tank?

And advice is appreciated.

Or if this has been covered before, a link would be great!

Thanks

The King Sporty Tank takes a special mounting kit. If you go to the link below you'll see what I'm talking about on page 411.
