Default MC Sickingen rally right down the street

Turns out there is a motorcycle rally right here in my little town (Obernhiem-Kirchenarnbach Germany). I was at my buddy's house helping him get his bike started (his household goods had just arrived) and we saw a bunch of tents and a beer cart set up in our neighborhood park. One of the Germans from the rally saw us fiddling with his bike and he came over and invited us to the party. My buddy got his bike fired up and parked it at the rally.

It was about 1030 in the morning and I was drinking a bottle of water when we walked over. Well the president of the MC saw this and wouldn't have it. He started buying us beers and shots. I was already hungover from the night before (going away party that lasted til the wee hours of the morning) but a little hair of the dog never hurt anyone. Ended up hanging out all day and night. Also had horse-burgers for the first time. Delicious.

This is my buddy's bike. It's a revtech 100" and six-speed on a custom built frame. I can't remember the company that built it but it's louder than hell. He's never going to pass inspection here. He keeps telling me how fast it is and I keep telling him that I'm going to blow him away when I get back

Here are some of the bikes. There were only two Sportsters there all day and by the time they showed up I was too drunk to give a damn about taking pictures.

There were quite a few sidecar bikes. The owners all said the same thing...that they are awesome in the snow. They said that their sidecar bikes would go through snow that their cars would get stuck in.

One of the Germans saw my son (3 years old) and my buddy's son (4 years old) admiring his bike and walked up to them and said "I go home and get my sidecar and take you for a ride". We thought he was just being nice but sure enough about 20 minutes later he showed up.

My son on his first motorcycle ride (kind of jealous that I didn't take him on it now that I'm thinking about it)

My buddy's son and my daughter sitting on his bike

It was a really good time. I drank too much and made a bunch of new friends. I told one of the guys that I was thinking about building a cafe racer and he actually offered to let me ride his BMW...I declined being that I could barely walk straight.
