Yeah. I still got alot of stuff I need to change. After the new engine setup my shit breaks and rattles loose like crazy. Almost impossible to keep the bike in one piece when I run 1/4

I need to make my gas tank proper rubber mounted. Been having truble with it all this year

you might need a stronger frame to handle the power & extra vibration from reving high.

Bike was fine had one issue where I lost my rear brakes and all they needed was a good bleeding. No idea on gas and did not count stops. I have an extra 6 gallon fuel tank and carry a total of 10.5 gallons which greatly reduced the number of fuel stops.

I did a rear wheel swap after the first 3 days or 3400 miles in anticipation of riding more miles than I did.

A little throwback from 1996. AMRA Humboldt County Drag Strip, Humboldt, IA, Mr. Dave Feazell

Anyone racing this week? I should get some good pics at the strip this weekend with the amount of racers coming.

Dave lives 50 minutes from me and I’ve never taken the time to check out his shop, dyno or tuning experience, what the hxll Ryan

We did have some wanna be sorta races in attendance, broken bits and bruised bodies were mostly compliments of W.Virginia DOT.

We used to attend the Freedom Drags back in the nineties. Good times. Plan to attend this year. Notice what engine is in that drag bike? It ain't no stinkin' big twin is it?

I think my frame is ok. I wil keep an eye out for anything.

My problem is tank and other bolted on stuff hehe.

I am considering a sportster frame if I ever see one for sale.

If it were me I’d be going for a 91-93 frame and putting my parts on that
