I don't know about the jetting. Would the w cams be making it go flat at the higher rpms? The hammer builds with 560 cams normally pull to 7800rpms.

I just did the compression test. Both Front and rear were around 225. Throttle open position, Float Pushed up.

Is this too high? Or is this reasonable....

Rico has written many great maps and most Dyno guys have no clue.

I bet...the before and after dyno sheets did show a decent improvement. don't have them in front of me but it was something like 6HP and about the same in TQ increase over Rico's map across most of the range from 3000 to 6000 RPM's.

Frankly the TQ numbers look good but over a very narrow range
The HP not so good and make no sense to me.
It really should be up in the 80's and I sure dont see a 200 main jet being needed
