Thanks Boomerguy. I also use Keis heated inner gloves for really cold days & thermal pants & long sleeved top for layers to keep warm. Also a bird watcher & wildlife watcher so they've more than paid for themselves.Got some RST leather pants which are a little bit tight now! Think all that cleaning hotel rooms & going up and down 3 flights of stairs kept the weight off!

Depending on the weather and if its around town or touring.
Touring, Textile with armor (Fat Power Ranger) or Leathers (Fat Darth Vader)
Day trips, Kevlar lined jeans and Textile jacket with armor.
Helmet all the time along with boots and gloves.

Climbing stairs is fantastic exercise. Before I retired from production, I regularly climbed an exterior unenclosed structure that was 15 stories high with countless flights of stairs because of the irregularity of adding stories in between stories. It looked like an erector set built by a bunch of drunks! That and riding a bicycle in my hilly area on days alternating with walking the same hills has kept this almost 70 year-old body going strong. I refuse to grown old. I'm an 18-year-old trapped in an aging body and I'm not going down without a fight. I quit drinking liquor and wine over 40 years ago and I average a beer a month now but I have to do some extra exercise to earn it. (cutting grass, going the extra distance exercising, etc.) But, I still can't get rid of my pot belly and there are some really nice looking leather motorcycle jackets out there that I want but can't fit in, unless I want the arms to cover my hands.

Full face helmet, textile body armor, everything hi-viz, loud pipes....and people still pull out on me.

Must be because my boots and gloves, are not hi-viz
