Ok fixed headlights bad wire. But horn doesn't work you can hear it trying to push the horn but no sound. once ,while trying, a puff of smoke came from the middle like a carb backfire.

A puff of smoke is usually not good. Electrical parts don't work once you let the smoke out. I would unplug the horn and take a volt reading at the plug. A puff of smoke could have come from wiring harness running along frame, horn smoking, or could actually have been from something on cylinder burning off, or from carb. If the smoke came at the time you hit button for horn, I would suspect something is not right with the wiring and maybe smoked your horn.

Remove horn and battery from bike. Hook horn up direct to battery. See if it works. Then you can check the wires. Do you have a multimeter?

I keep a spare battery on the bench for stuff like this. Replace your in-bike battery with a new one before it fails then you have a good spare for testing stuff like this, and for running on Sunday morning when you can't get a new battery anywhere.
