Default Supertrapp blows a 94Db-passes inspection

Just thought I would share my good news. Got the bike inspected today and it passed. With power commander /dragtronII-K&N / and 2-1 supertrapp with 6 discs. 94.something limit was 95.0
I love this exhaust. Now just have to put my other discs back on and I am good for another two years.
Bike is a 2008 XL1200N.

with 6 discs
Not enough. I thought 12 was the minimum? Got 20 in mine.

yes, normally I run 20, but put 6 in to pass inspection.
However I forgot the anti sieze when i bolted the disc back in, and ended up breaking all six bolts, and have since bought the long bolts and extra discs. I figure I will try out 26 and see what happens.

I had the bike dyno tuned and was pretty happy with power, however from viewing the discs, I believe it is running rich. The disc are black with soot. I figure I will try more disc and see what happens.

The anti-seize is important!

When I talked to Dan @ NRHS he recommended 20 disc for a stock 1200 and 26 when I build it to 100hp.

Love my Supertrapp!

finally got my muffler rebuilt, with 26 discs and an LA Choppers adjustable endcap. took it for a back and forth in front of the house. Can't wait to take it for a romp and really tune the discs...
