Default Stumble when revving cold motor AFTER installing FuelPak FP3

Hey guys, looking for insight.

I have a 2015 Sportster 72 that I bought new. Dealer installed Shortshots for me prior to delivery and said there was no need to remap as I was only installing pipes, not intake as well. I dealt with the popping and such up until last week.

Flash forward about 3500 miles and I decided to add a Arlen Ness Stage 2 Big Sucker (the size more closely resembled the stock intake, which I liked) and a Vance & Hines FP3. I installed the map it recommended from my combo and then spent a weekend in AutoTune mode and then finished the Autotune setup. Bike runs fantastic, but only one "issue" that I'm hoping someone can clarify for me.

Upon starting the motor cold, for the first bit until it has been rode and armed up, if I try to blip the throttle quickly to rev it, it seems to choke and sputter, but never stalls. After riding for a bit, this seems to go away, so I'm not sure it's an issue. I'm just looking to see if anyone can verify IF it's a problem that I can fix, or can Vance & Hines support look at my map and correct something over the air for me to apply. Thanks for any input!

Sounds like it's over fuelling a bit, what is your miles per gallon figure like?

I guess I haven't paid much attention to it just yet in these few days. Is there something I can view in the FuelPak settings regarding that?

And I stand corrected. If I try to actually persist with a single rev long enough, it appears as though it will choke the motor to almost stall.

I've gotten the same stumble/choke on my 14 iron with a power vision. I'm not sure what it is, but I've gotten rid of it by trying out different tunes. Only happened before on cold starts until my idle would drop to normal.
