Took it for a short ride to get the motor warm, did an oil change on it and then finally got around to refitting my FB skid plate. Love the way it looks, even if I don't actually need it for the riding I'm doing at the moment.

Rode it to work! It lost power twice, a quick wiggle of the harness and I comes back. It did that a few times last year as well so I need to go wire by wire and figure out what's loose.

Looked at the radar, no storms in sight. rode to work without my rain gear and ended up getting soaked.........I'm not a smart man, but...

Mine died the other day after work. Tried to jump it, melted coating off the stainless brake line. New battery got it home, then rear signals weren't working. Fixed that, ground wire broke. Now have an appointment to get the exhaust fixed!

Putting this on a loop on my Linux shop stereo as I run my grubby fingers all over her.

Got the tires mounted up on the powder coated rims. Bearings are done as well (not pictured);

Also cleaned the front fork lowers, ready to start assembling the forks. Had to watch a couple of videos on You tube to get the tricks of installation. Still wondering about all the extra parts in the fork rebuild kit, but I assume the kit is for multiple models so they add the extra bushings.
