Default what I did to/for the Sporty

I am going to replace the stock upper belt guard with a holey chrome one. Also ordered a new style one piece sissy bar and pad from dealer. (should have checked flea-bay first)

I didn't think of it untill after I had replaced the bearings that maybe I should of put a small slot on one end of the spacer, just so it exposed enough of the bearing to be able to knock it out with a punch next time. I can't see a problem with doing that.. or is there?
