Default Props to Lowbrow

I'd ordered some parts and they were about to ship out when I called to cancel the order, as my wife had bought me the parts as a surprise.

Rather than give me the run around about them being in the box and going out the door, they said lemme check and see if I can get the box out of the mail room. 2 mins later they confirmed they'd pulled the order from the mail room, and issued my refund.

I ordered an e-gift card for a friends birthday, but I sent it to an e-mail he no longer used. Left Lowbrow a message because I couldn't find an option to change the recipient, they called back right away, the guy was really cool about switching it and sent my friend birthday wishes. They definitely impressed me.
