Then it will take time to change oils (again) and all the periodical job.

Perhaps I will succed to remove oil tank to put out the bad chrom to re convert in powder coated black. The same with the chromed trans covers.

Give us the link to donate to DGR - I’ll give a few Euros just for a pic of you on the bike in your chosen outfit.

I wanted to do it this year, but alas - I’m too slow at rebuilding transmissions.

95% ok. The clutch works fine but time to time it's hard to disengage speed when I'm stopped. I spent time to adjust to get better behaviour.
Next month I will probably open the left engine side to remove chrome from the cover and will take time to examine discs and primary chain.

End October I will meet the http://www.swap-meet.ch/ and hope to find "new " complete clutch lever and rear chain guard. Such events in Switzerland are seldom. Most of old parts are sold for 10$

classic symptom of oil contamination on the friction discs.causes them to stick together and not release correctly.it will cause slippage eventually.

https://www.gentlemansride.com/rider...owupster192244 This time I payed on place as I did not succed to online payement.
It was fun to ride with 330 bikes in the contryside. Most of time it was at low speed as you can imagine. The clutch was not so bad even if it was hard chalenge to change speed every corners.
Most of other bikes were recent Triumph, 15 years old BMW R then new Sportster.

I succed to give few mm lenght with this nut.

The cable was too long, so I could not use 100% of the lever course.
The improvment is noticable.

Only too week to reach the swap meet in Vuadens /Switzerland and find a new clutch lever (As you can see this one works but is broken).
