Default 1st thing

1st thing is that I have to quit smoking.

2nd. nobody wants to hear how much I drink a week because it is embarassing.

I smoke too much and also drink too much also. Just take one day at a time.

I can give you some tips on the stop smoking part, if you are truly interested.
I was able to quit cold turkey after many, many years of smoking. I have been smoke free for 13 years, and will remain that way for the rest of my life. It is incredible how much your life will change for the better, once you quit for good. Mentally, physically, and financially.
Remember, smoking is a chemical and mental-physical addiction. Like alcoholism, heroin addiction, etc., you will have to take the right steps to be able to quit completely.
