1997 S1 forks on 1990 sportster frame
I have s1 forks, triple trees, and caliper. My triple trees have no axe & I don't have an axle for my wheel. I have no wheel plan on using my sporty mag. Can anyone give me any advice on what I will have to have for this swap?

Here's the parts page from Ronnie's for the 1990-1200...
Here's the parts page from Ronnies for the 1997-Sport...
You can do necessary part number comparisons between the two...
The international lower TT with Stem is the same part number in 1990 as for the 1997-Sport - So that should mount up --- You'll need to complete the wheel, bearings & axle with compatible parts for the 1997-Sport forks...

Thank you ixl2relax but I'm sorry I guess I was unclear. The forks & tt's I have are off of a 97 buell s1 lightening, not a sportster. But I plan on trying to use my sporty 19" mag.
