You could try a hardware store or a bolt specific store. May need to just order one to know you got it right. I don't remember one being there myself but it's been a while and it's a little different than my evo.

It "buzzes" like you are trying to fit two spinning gears into each other. Any advice? Also, when the engine is off and I am in 1st gear, when I pull the clutch lever, the bike will not roll like it does when in neutral.

I just replaced mine because I thought it was making a squealing sound, but it was just fine, and the squeal is still there. I still don't know what that is. It seems to have nothing to do with primary adjustment either, because I did that running and can hear the whine that makes, and it's way different.

Check clutch hub bearing as well. I've had that replaced also.

You can't roll the bike in gear with clutch in without some resistance. Old or new the same. The basket needs to be spinning to have it work. Even then not the same as neutral . If its an older bike, it check clutch spring compression or needle bearing play. Its only got a couple 1/16"s to work with.

thanks, I needed to know that. I've recently had a hard time shifting, especially in to neutral. I'll try th adjustment as soon as I get the derby cover off (the dealership WAY overtorqued it when replacing my shift shaft)....

Not sure it would apply to any of the problems here, but if the bike has been stored a while the parts of the clutch not in fluid can corrode or stick together. That causes some incomplete disengagement or even lock up with the lever pulled. If it is not too bad the plates may smooth out with use.
