Passenger's name is Rod and he has NO FEAR.

It happens after the straight on both Lakeside and Broadford. There are uphill right hand turns at both tracks. I've started to think it's loading up rather than running lean.

That would does not seem likely to be a fuel delivery issue.
I was expecting a running out of fuel at the end of a long hard pull.

If it's loading up that would be fuel level out of control or just plain jetted rich.

Is the carb shaking? I know, it's an ironhead! But if the carb is not solidly mounted it may "flap" at certain frequencies causing flooding.

It may well be a vibration problem. Because it was running well last year. Nut at The Aussie Titles it was vibrating so bad the carburetor fell off. Twice.
But down the straight it was hammering. And running like a song.
Turned out my polyurethane engine mount bushings had reformulated themselves into dust. Top of the engine was moving 1/4-1/2 inch side to side. I thought the top engine mount had flogged out.
I'm trying some new Durathane bushes. One step down from mild steel in terms of flexibility. The same sort of stuff they use on the outside of Golf Balls.

Here's the thing. It's nearly impossible to run too rich with Methanol. If there's too much in there to burn it all it just runs out the exhaust. Seriously, that's what happens. I've seen it. Don't have a big enough main jet ? Just drop the jet out all together and run on the jet holder.

It does make more power when the mix is right though. The thing drinks Meth like a skid row bum as it is and at $2 a litre I hate seeing it run out on the ground.

The problem always occurs after I've slowed for a corner after a long straight.

If it was running out of fuel I would expect that to happen while I was still at WOT.

Any left turns with the same symptoms? Does sound like a float control situation. Can you send a pic of the carb and fuel inlet area? Perhaps a closely mounted remote bowl can be added with a different, more stable float setup can be added? Rules?
