Is a 139T belt going to add enough length? Needs to be 2" - 4" longer. What's the tooth pitch? I want to say 14mm?

Yes. So if the swingarm is going to be 1" - 2" longer, the belt needs to be 2" - 4" longer. That'd be somewhere around 4 - 8 teeth longer.

Have a look at the various Victory models. Some of them have longer belts of the same pitch. I am in the process of lengthening my swingarm and one of them fits my needs (unfortunately atm I forget which one and I am away from my usual computer with the info, but a bit of research will give you the specs).
Cheers, Will
