Anyone based in Asia let us know you're out there. Once we can find out who there is and where you are we can start to organise some Country specific forums.

Cheers,

Brett

Looks like it's just you and me for now. I'll see if I can rustle up a few others from Singapore.

Cheers,

Brett

Sagamihara, Japan. It's around the Tokyo area. I was in Singapore earlier this year. I wouldn't mind living there for a while. It's a great country.

Singapore is the best kept secret in Asia - everything works, English is linqua franca, food is great, cost of living is very reasonable for a developed country (city) and it is conveniently located.

They do have a few too many rules and regulations but to be honest they only seem to apply the more obscure or pedantic rules if someone steps out of line. e.g. exhaust noise rules are strict but not too many people get fined and then probably only if you roar around at night waking everyone up. At the recent Harley Rally there were over 200 bikes showed up - of which probably over 200 were in breach of the noise laws - and the cops drove past, no worries, no fines, no problems. If they'd been short of revenue for the month they could have set up a processing station at the exit of the carpark and fined everyone on the way out - excessive noise, non-conforming helmets, non-conforming mirrors, etc, etc.

Been living in Asia for about 12 years, 2 of which in Singapore. I, and my family, have no plans of moving out of Singapore for the next 10 year sof so. We really enjoy it.

Cheers,

Brett

Seoul, Korea here. Not sure how many others are online, but there are bucket loads of HD drivers here...specifically Sportsters. Overseas Military Car Sales can only import Sporty’s (for right now...soon to change I think).

Anyways, more from Korea will most likely chime in, but your email came at a bad time. Most are just returning from the field after the penn-wide summer exercise (UFL)....you know, the act of aggression that North Korea postponed the 6-party talks over.
