It would survive just fine as long as you don't rev it up.

With that stroke piston speed is up, also it will try to open up the big end of the rod if you rev it too high.

If you stay within those parameters it should live just fine.

There in lies the problem I don't have a built in rev limiter. I will let it dig. If it's pullin I am in the moment. My Iron Horse has a 5,500 rpm rev limit and it took some getting used to. First couple times it cut out I was like whaaaat?

Sometimes it is faster to short shift it and let it eat.

Mine is definitely faster if I shift a touch before the rev limiter.
