Lightbulb Upgrading Trapdoors Bearing (Theory Stage)

Hi everyone!

This thread was started to find a solution for NO actual problem! If you like to improve and make things better on your XL, then stick around. Hopefully, together we will come to a conclusion.

Issue:
Potential failure in the countershaft's deep groove ball bearing (6204) located at the transmission trapdoor.
Failure could be shown in the OEM or mod engines and transmission trapdoors.

The Potential failure in countershaft's bearing has the same aspects and elements as the clutch release bearing failure. SportsterPedia is the best for showing, presenting, and describing it, plus illustrating the solution.
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...r_ball_bearing

Solution:
Upgrading the deep groove ball bearing (6204) to Angular Polyamide Cage ball bearing. Applying the same solution method as the one that was used in the clutch release bearing upgrade.

FYI:
This is not my idea. Johansson Engineering applied it before with their product SportGear for the XL and Bull in the 2000s.
The Angular bearing was supplied with the SportGear kit and named "4 point bearing."
However, since the bearing was expensive, JE stopped supplying the Angular bearing. I got my SportGear kit without the upgraded bearing, and it kills me!

Unfortunately, it seems Johansson Engineering is out of business, and their website is down. I went into the web archive and dug some PDFs related to this subject. attached are those pdf links
