Default Broken bolt holes/ mounts, can they be fixed?

Project bike that got laid down. One breather bolt hole cracked and two case mounts broken.

Is this repairable or should I just replace the parts?

Trying to picture what the problem is... thinking that you have cracked / damaged rocker box area.
Might be repairable. but welding /re tapping etc may be more expensive than finding new top end rocker cases

The head with the cracked breather bolt hole can be welded up, redrilled and retapped, but it should be removed and taken to a machine shop to do it right. The crack in the casing looks like it can can be welded with the casing still in the frame.

Any cracks lek that in the casting ideally should be tested for the cracks too. SO either way it is a full engine strip down and gt the cracks 'crack tested' They us a dye to flow though the cracks which then shows up the extent of the cracks.

Best to drill or mill holes larger, turn plugs on lathe, weld in place and then drill and tap plug. Welding shut will have porosity and leak/weep. I usually add a counter bore to the existing oversized bore and make the plug to fit. By welding the larger counter bore it keeps the id of plug from distorting as much with the heat. There is less of a chance that the drilling and tapping op will expose or break into the weld that way.

I wonder if buying a used front head would be cheaper than paying a machine shop to do the repair? A pair of heads can be purchased for a couple hundred bucks on eBay.
