Default 2006 Sportster front fork swap issue

Hello all, I am having a slight problem. I am rebuilding my crashed 2006 Sportster 883 I recently purchased (previous owner crashed it) and I bought a second hand pair of forks and trees for it. I went to install the front end today and everything went on perfectly except 1 minor issue... The axle where it meets the pinch stay on the right side is to small and not the same size as the one from the original forks. I was wondering if anyone knew what axle I need for it? The guy who sold me the front end couldn't recall what year the forks where from (edit..it's a 2010 front end) Any help is always appreciated! Also if it matters at all, the new purchased set of forks is slightly shorter than the ones pulled off my bike. (Not a big deal as I already purchased lowering shocks for the rear) I have attached a picture. Has anyone successfully used newer year model 1" bearings and axles on 3/4 wheels? I do know the outer diameter of the newer style bearings is 51mm (same as the older style) but I'm unsure if the center spacer on later models between bearings is suitable? The new style bearings are 6mm narrower than the old style as well from what I read. Wondering if anyone knew the secret recipe for fixing my issue.

Have a look here......

might help you understand what you need.
Sounds like you will need the axle with inner/outer spacers/washers and nut from a '10 model with the narrow glide forks.
Front fender/caliper mounts the same?
Your pic not showing.

The brakes mount fine and it slides in perfectly and mounts fine on the right side. Just the head of the axle is to small

I thought your original axle was 3/4" and the new forks are off a 2010 model with 25mm axle.
