Pics are looking good. Too bad I aint hip on buells. So can't comment on the swingarm change or belt breakage. Good luck finding chain conversion.

Found parts for the conversion already, not too worried about that yet. Going with a 530 chain with 52 rear teeth and 19 on the front. Hoping that the chain will clear the swingarm, but if not I can cut a slot for it :P
I will be adding an idler, but I don't think that'll be too difficult. Still waiting for everything to arrive though, most of which are intended for Buell XBs, so that should all go on without much trouble.

Took a bit of work make sure the front sprocket went on well, as it is much thinner than the pulley was. I made a spacer that goes on the outside of sprocket, between it and the sprocket nut. Also, I'm working on making a new gas tank and also redoing my exhaust. I built a chambered muffler out of 22 gauge steel, which was not easy to stick weld XD. It was what I had laying around at the time, but anywho it was good practice. Didn't sound too bad either, and wasn't all that heavy. However, I found a really dinged up 65a muffler that I'm gonna slap on instead. I'll be posting some updates pics soon.

With the coronavirus quarantine, I thought I might be able to get more work done on it, but it turns out I work in an 'essential industry', so I've still gotta go to work. Meanwhile two of my brothers are on not having to work, but still getting paid. Lucky.
However, I've mostly finished the gas tank.
Here's a link to a photo of it before fully welding the sides on
And here's it on the bike
I'm putting in a screw in Harley fuel cap. The bottom of the filler neck has 1 big and three small holes. Is that just to make sure people don't drop stuff into the gas tank? I'm used to an open filler neck, and I'm thinking about cutting the bottom of it out before I weld it in. Idk though, we'll see.
Also, the tank is about 2 gallons I reckon, maybe a bit under. Pretty small, but ah well.

In todays market. Super Motos fetch good prices. When sold as adventure bikes.

Pretty rad

Hits just keep coming. I thought us Texans were the only horned scooters.
