I always do this when i come back from a ride so the bikes pointing in the right direction when i go out next. On a gravel drive too! (yeah, right!)

I had a Sherpa T back in the 70's that could do that kind of move. I couldn't but the bike could. Beat I could do was a stoppie to a 180 and that took a lot of falls. Trials bikes and riders are NUTS.
