For the guys that havent seen this build, go through this thread and see what a true hand built custom bike really is.
Hands down has to be in the top three of my favorite builds ever. Much respect for the craftsmanship exercised here.
+ 1

It's a shame that PhotoBucket has made so many of these pics unviewable.

Yeah Steve9, I've been 'chasing the dial' for years. I wouldn't even know where the on-off switch for a CNC set-up is. One thing for sure though; if the electricity ever goes out, we'll still be making parts as long as we have a flat file and a bench vice.

Photobucket is who I started with but definitely no longer my favorite. As soon as I declined to use their premium, professional grade version, a lot of my pictures became inaccessible. I've taken to clicking on "Go Advanced", then "Manage Attachments" but I don't want to overflow that and have to delete some pictures in order to post others.
Anybody besides Photobucket out there who's easier to use or deal with?

Been a while but we're back.
The bike clutch gave out and I went through it; replaced clutch springs, new steels, new spacers, fresh set of stock friction plates, Type C lock nuts instead of just double nutting the studs like the PO had done.
Got it back together and it still drags but once it gets warm, it frees up and neutral is easy to find.
Been looking at the bike and wasn't happy with the gas tanks not sitting level. I know it's cosmetic but still...
I pulled the springer apart and am making fixed and moveable legs 2" longer.
This will also set the front wheel forward and make it easier to ride on the street. Right now the steering is almost too quick, kinda like a dirt bike.

Will post a few pictures as soon as I figure out how to get them over to my album

You post the image to an image hosting service.
