Microwaves heat by exciting water molecules thus generating heat. So unless that bearing has a lot of water, that video is a hoax.

Maybe you should watch the video the OP linked. In particular, the part about wrapping the bearing in WET paper towels.

Water isn't the only thing affected by m-waves. Point in case: that thin metallic layer in your pot pie box, that gets super-hot and browns the food trapped against the metal. Tasty!

I had a thought I have a nuwave counter top inductive unit works great with the right pans
If the bears were big enough it might with for bearings my inductive bearing heater was about $1,800.00 the counter top inductive cooker was under 200 it browns a steak real nice
